THE PIC-O-DE-CROP finalists chosen last night at the Garfield Sobers Complex were not my nine.

I had, at the end of the first half: TC, Adonijah, Popsicle, Blood, Khiomal, Adrian AC Clarke, De Announcer, Eric Lewis and Smokey Burke. By the end of the show, however, I had dropped Khiomal because his second song was melodically ordinary, and barely gave the nod to Smokey because he was experiencing breathing problems.

My nine therefore were Adonijah, AC, Popsicle, De Announcer, Blood, TC, Eric Lewis, Apache and Smokey, with Hee Haw as my reserve. The NCF differed by putting in Khiomal, Kid Site and Chrystal.
